Current DA Approval Conditions

Under the Heritage section of the development application conditions of approval dated 27 November 1998, condition 21 states that the building requires “a management plan setting out the different uses of the building and describing long term strategies for maintaining the building.”

1999 Heritage Management Plan

The “Management Plan and long term strategies for maintaining and using the GPO building,” were adopted under condition 21 of the DA approval conditions and issued 14th January, 1999.
